The rights issue in brief

The subscription price has been set at SEK 10.20 per share, regardless of share class.
The purpose of the rights issue is to finance the acquisition of The Corner – a newly produced office property in Malmö at an underlying property value of SEK 420 million and other value-creating investments in the existing portfolio, as well as to create scope to take advantage of additional investment opportunities.
Through the rights issue, Annehem is expected to receive proceeds amounting to approximately SEK 300 million before deduction of transaction costs.
