Corporate Governance at Annehem
Corporate governance at Annehem is based on law, the Articles of Association, Nasdaq Stockholm’s Rule Book for Issuers, and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the Code), as well as the rules and recommendations issued by relevant organizations.
The Code applies to all Swedish companies whose shares are listed on a regulated market in Sweden and must be fully applied from the time of listing. Any deviations from the Code will be disclosed in Annehem Fastigheter's corporate governance report.

Board of Directors
Annehem Fastigheter’s Board of Directors consists of six regular members, including the Chairperson, without deputies. They have been elected for the term until the end of the Annual General Meeting in 2025.
Shareholders’ meetings
The General Meeting is Annehem Fastigheter's highest decision-making body, where shareholders exercise their voting rights on key issues.
