Nasdaq Green Equity Designation
Annehem Fastigheter AB has been a Green Equity Designation company on Nasdaq since 2022. The label is proof that over 50 percent of Annehem's turnover derives from activities that are green and that the business invests a significant proportion in green investments.
S&P Global Ratings (previously Cicero Shades of Green) conducts an annual review of the company's sustainability efforts. The results of the 2024 review showed that 73 percent of the rental value and 83 percent of the market value of the properties are classified as green.
EPRA BPR Gold Award
Annehem has been awarded the EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) BPR Gold Award for its financial reporting. Among 16 Swedish EPRA members, only three companies achieved the Gold level this year, and Annehem is one of five companies to receive the distinction for the first time.
Annehem was also recognised as “Most Improved”, highlighting the significant progress made in enhancing the quality and transparency of the company’s financial reporting over the past year.
The EPRA Best Practices Recommendations (BPRs) provide standardized definitions for key financial performance indicators within the real estate sector—such as EPRA Earnings, NRV, NTA, and NDV—and aim to strengthen transparency, quality, and comparability in reporting among European real estate companies.
