Share Buyback
The Board of Directors of Annehem Fastigheter AB has, pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 14 May 2025, resolved to buy back Class B shares during the period up to the next Annual General Meeting, corresponding to a maximum of 3 per cent of the total number of shares in the Company.
The purpose of the buybacks is to provide the Board with the opportunity to adjust the capital structure from time to time, thereby creating increased value for the Company’s shareholders, as well as to enable the financing of acquisitions of properties or property companies using treasury shares.
As of 31 December 2025, the Company’s total holding amounted to 1,378,229 Class B shares, corresponding to 1.6 per cent of all issued shares.
